Meredith Kruse

Secretariat Coordinator

Meredith Kruse serves as the Secretariat Coordinator for the Coalition for Access to NCD Medicines and Products. She is a global health leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing health equity across Africa, the Caribbean, the Eastern Mediterranean, and Latin America.

Her expertise lies at the intersection of public health, policy, and implementation science, with work that ranges from building frontline cancer patient navigation programs to shaping national strategies for HIV-NCD service integration. She forges partnerships among governments, multilateral organizations, and patient advocates to design locally led solutions that strengthen health systems and center patient needs. Her portfolio includes monitoring and evaluation, program design and implementation, workforce capacity building, and community-driven research.

Prior experience includes roles at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD), the American Cancer Society, and the patient advocacy organization Instituto Oncoguia in Brazil. She holds an MPH in Global Health from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health and an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She speaks Portuguese.
